Sponsorship Levels Template Helpful Hints
Your sponsorship levels document should accurately reflect the benefits your event or organization expects to provide for each level of sponsorship you have developed. Depending on the nature of your event or organization, you may want to develop a sponsorship levels hierarchy (Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc…) that incorporates important aspects of your identity.
Benefits and amounts in this sample template are arbitrary. You should use our sample sponsorship levels template as a guide and populate your sponsorship levels document with the levels and benefits specific to your event or organization.
The formatting of your sponsorship levels document will generally adhere to what you see above. The real trick to putting together your document isn’t the formatting, it’s figuring out how much money you want to raise for your event and then figuring out what you can offer sponsors and packaging up those benefits into meaningful sponsorship levels that will attract sufficient interest from potential sponsors.
